  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon creamed cheese
  • 1 teaspoon brown or green seaweed Paste
  • Seasoning, Salt, & pepper to taste.

Combine ingredients and whisk with a fork until smooth. Heat the oil in a pan and add the egg mixture, stirring continuously until cooked.

  • 1 cup packed basil leaves
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons brown oil-based seaweed paste

  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts
  • Seasoning to taste

Chop the basil leaves and add the rest of the ingredients in a blender (or food processor), and blend into a thick puree. Blend with cooked pasta.
