- 1½ cups water (tea, coffee, broth, etc.)
- ¼ to ½ cup brown Kelp or green liquid seaweed
Stir well and drink as often as needed to fend off hunger pains. Use it hot or cold as a meal replacement for fast weight loss. However, remember to allow time to digest between each meal.

- 1½ cups water (or herbal tea)
- ¼ to ½ cup brown Kelp or green liquid seaweed
- Slice of lemon
Optional: Add cayenne pepper or garlic to taste.
Stir well. Drink fresh lemon juice only on an empty stomach (preferably in the morning). Use it for a quick fast, or as a digestive aid.
