- 3 tablespoons cold pressed olive oil
- 1½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon brown or green seaweed jelly
- Italian seasoning to taste
- Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: Add dry mustard or garlic.
Combine ingredients and whisk with a fork until smooth.
